Britney and KFed headed to court yesterday. Britney was granted overnight visits with her boys, 'cause she is all boring and mellow now.

If only Spencer and Heidi had children, Spencer would have been excepting this award. But Spencer loss is Kfed's gain. KFed was named Father of the Year by Prive Nightclub in Las Vegas last night.

And both parents of SPF and vaJJ were in Vegas over the weekend. Yes Britney was there with her father and conservator. They didn't attend the festivities for KFed, they spent their night at Palms. I guess Vegas is the place to celebrate Fathers Day Weekend.

BRITNEY ARRIVES AT COURT

Kevin and Britney were both just sworn into court. A motion to close the court was granted which means everyone was kicked out except K-fed, Britney and their attorneys.

Star Magazine claims that Britney had a secret romantic weekend with Kevin and bought him a 138k bracelet. Um, Star that is WAY over Britney's allowance.

Stacy is Britney Spear's new attorney. She is on KFed's ass about some unreasonable lawyers fees. You see, KFed's lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan, has submitted a bill for $900,000 in legal fees. Stacy feels that a reasonable fee would be between the "$150,000-$175,000 range," she also said "Ms. Spears is not an open checkbook," and believes that Kevin can afford to pay his own legal fees! SNAP!

Although the court has already decided that Britney is responsible to pay his legal fees, Stacy claims that Kevin is combining his business and personal charges at the expense of Britney!

Shar Jackson also used one of his business credit cards for personal purposes and KFed recently spent $20,000 on jewelry, went out to dinner and left a $2,000 tip on a $365 bill! Kevin is really living it up courtesy of Britney.

BRITNEY'S VISITATION RIGHTS SUSPENDED INDEFINITELY!

Commissioner Scott Gordon ruled that Britney Spears’ visitation rights will been suspended indefinitely. The next hearing has been set for February 19th.

"The word victory is not something that Mr. Federline or his counsel would ascribe to the results of the court. There is no joyous feeling. This is a grave situation for everybody. Britney Spears sent her assistant to Court for another hearing in the ongoing custody battle with KFed today. But where was Britney?

Britney Spears and her paparazzo boyfriend, Adnan Ghalib, were out and about last night until 1am.

KFed's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, will ask that Britney's visitation rights "be cut off completely until the trial in April",which will likely be granted considering Britney's latest behavior.

On monday morning Britney and K-Fed are scheduled to discuss Britney's visitation with SPF and her-va-JJ. We hear that K-Fed's lawyer is going to ask for her visitation to continue to be suspended until April.

Well Britney's legal team, you know the team that asked to be removed from the case, will have to defend Britney in court today against Mark Vincent Kaplan. Kaplan is asking Britney's visitation to be suspended indefinitely and surprisingly is expected to win.

Britney's lawyers are no longer mentally invested in the trial and could probably care less to prepare for today's hearing.

THEY FINALLY GOT A PIECE OF HER!

Britney Spears shocked us all by actually showing up for her deposition today! My little Britney is becoming responsible before my eyes! She stayed for a whole 45-minutes we are so proud of her.

She was grilled under oath for only 14-minutes and afterwards, KFed's attorney held a press conference and said, "She was cooperative. There has been no change in anything. It will be continued to another date, which I will not say at this time."

KFed's lawyer, Mark Kaplan, finally managed to schedule a deposition for tomorrow morning! So that means Britney will be under oath at 10AM PST.

So Britney Spears tested positive for drugs! Turns out it wasn’t prescription medication in her pee pee. Instead, amphetamines! Who Knew?! Her lawyers are now saying it could be her Albuterol asthma inhaler! Yes that its! By george it's the reason for this positive test. Wonder how that will pan out!

Anyways, back at KFed's camp they requested another emergency hearing and will appear in court again this Friday. KFed had already requested Britney not to drive with the kids in the car at the last hearing. And since Britney is always ready to follow rules, since the last hearing, she has ran two red lights, sent text messages while driving, left her kids in the car to shop with court appointed monitor for a chandelier and almost killed several photags, one of which is still in the hospital!

Britney Spears was caught today by the paparazzi running a red light with SPF, JJ and her parenting coach in the car. Now KFed wants an emergency hearing to prevent Brit Brit from driving the boys around.

When asked for comment, Britney's lawyer said, "Britney Spears is a number 1 selling pop star with an album to promote. Pop stars don't have to obey traffic laws!"

Kidding! Her lawyer hasn't commented yet, but will most likely repeat what we just said lol.

BRITNEY'S LAWYER HAS GREAT TACTICS!

Britney Spears' lawyer, Anne Kiley, is so my new favorite ho in the Spears' clique! Today in court her attorney told the judge in her child custody case that the drug tests are basically an inconvenience to Britney because of her career. Then proceeded to tell the judge that he wouldn't understand because he is not Britney and not a pop star!

KFed's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, continued to argue that Britney's visitation rights should be revoked because she's violating the ordered drug-testing by never returning their calls in the morning when it's time to take them!

But that is no match for Britney's lawyer, Anne Kiley, who simply told the judge that receiving calls at 8:00 AM is impossible for Britney. Kiley then explained that Britney just does not get up that early and told him "You are not a pop star with a number one album, so you don't know."

Genius! Anne Kiley is totally my favorite! She is so much better than Shannon Funk and Allie Sims! I mean seriously, reminding the judge that Britney basically wakes up hung over at 3pm everyday is definitly a sure fire way to get custody of two children! That will win the case! PS: Britney's album is #2. But hey, for never promoting a min and for being cracked out the entire time it's pretty damn good!
