There is a new sheriff in town and her name is Stacy Phillips!

Stacy is Britney Spear's new attorney. She is on KFed's ass about some unreasonable lawyers fees. You see, KFed's lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan, has submitted a bill for $900,000 in legal fees. Stacy feels that a reasonable fee would be between the "$150,000-$175,000 range," she also said "Ms. Spears is not an open checkbook," and believes that Kevin can afford to pay his own legal fees! SNAP!

Although the court has already decided that Britney is responsible to pay his legal fees, Stacy claims that Kevin is combining his business and personal charges at the expense of Britney!

Shar Jackson also used one of his business credit cards for personal purposes and KFed recently spent $20,000 on jewelry, went out to dinner and left a $2,000 tip on a $365 bill! Kevin is really living it up courtesy of Britney.
