Britney Spears sent her assistant to Court for another hearing in the ongoing custody battle with KFed today. But where was Britney?

Well, she was resting!

Britney Spears and her paparazzo boyfriend, Adnan Ghalib, were out and about last night until 1am.

KFed's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, will ask that Britney's visitation rights "be cut off completely until the trial in April",which will likely be granted considering Britney's latest behavior.
