WHY DID BRITNEY LOSE CUSTODY?

Britney Spears lost custody of her two sons because she did not have a California driver's license and had not submitted to take her drug and alcohol test! However, Britney's lawyer remains firm that, "There's no evidence that she actually failed a test." However, the courts have determined the refusal to submit to a drug test is the same as actually failing the drug test.

KFed has now received full physical custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James until further notice.

Since the ruling, Britney has went to the DMV to apply for a CA driver's license.

Another hearing has been set for Wednesday afternoon.
