Leave Um Alohan has learned that Lindsay Lohan, may not face any felony charges for her two DUI arrests in recent months. The Los Angeles District Attorney's office is likely to file all three possible felonies as misdemeanor DUI charges for both arrests, and the cocaine possession as well.

The court date set for Thursday, August 24th is still likely to be rescheduled for a later time, but if the charges are lessened, Lindsay will no longer be required to appear in court and Lindsay's lawyer, Blair Berk, will then keep the date as scheduled.

This is great news for Lindsay Lohan and hopefully after seeking help at the Cirque Lodge in Utah she will have learned from this whole mess and be back on track!

TMZ has also confirmed similar reports: "If Lohan is found guilty of both, she'd have to serve a minimum of four days in jail, and that beats prison, baby! And we're told Lohan's mega-lawyer Blair Berk and prosecutors have been talking a lot and that spells a possible plea bargain."
