Leave Um Alohan has learned Lindsay Lohan will most likely not appear in court on August 24th. She was set to stand trial for two DUI charges in Los Angeles on that date, but we hear Lindsay's lawyer, Blair Berk, will be requesting a postponement, will will likley be granted.
The Judge will most likely delay the court date until Lindsay has completed her time in rehab.
