Gwen and Gavin threw a birthday bash for thier 2 year old son Kingston over the weekend. Christina Aguilera and Jordan Bratman along with their son Max were in attendance along with Nicole Richie, Joel Madden and little Harlow Winter. They all enjoyed the blow up tent and petting zoo.

Nicole Richie and Joel Madden met up Lindsay Lohan at LA club, Crown Bar.

Lindsay and Nicole were dancing up a storm to LL's BFF Samantha Ronson's music, she was spinning. The group later emerged on the patio for a quick smoke.

Also on hand The Hill's stars Lauren Conrad, Lauren Bosworth and Stephanie Pratt.

ASHLEE SIMPSON DOUBLE DATES WITH NICOLE RICHIE!

Parents-to-be Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz went on a double date with Nicole Richie and Joel Madden in NYC Wednesday.

The foursome were never photographed together.

The crew probably had plenty to talk about: Richie and Madden welcomed daughter Harlow in January.

It was the latest Big Apple outing for Simpson.

She chowed down Virgil's BBQ in Midtown Manhattan following her Tuesday appearance on MTV's TRL, where she said questions about her pregnancy were "inappropriate."

Late Tuesday, she and eight pals hit NYC Italian eatery Da Umberto.

Eating for two, she dined on antipasto, mozzarella and chicken capricciosa (pan breaded breast of chicken, mozzarella and fresh tomatoes). She skipped out on dessert, a source says.

Adds the source, "She was having fun. She was great."

Simpson is in NYC to promote her new album Bittersweet World.

JUST STROLLING AROUND...

Harlow is now 2-months-old.

Who was the first to cry?
Nicole: I cried right away.
Joel: Right when she came out, you know that cry that’s like an internal cry where you shake a little bit? [To Harlow] You made me cry!

How did you pick the name?
Nicole: We couldn’t agree. I wanted a hippie name and he wanted a more Biblical name.
Joel: I really like Jean Harlow the actress, and she likes Shalom Harlow the model. Harlow’s cool because it feels like a classic name.
Nicole: And no one has it.
Joel: Winter was so serene and quiet and that’s how she is.
Nicole: I always liked the name Kate, but I knew I’d never name my kid that because it was just too plain.

Do you have help at home?
Joel: We don’t have a nanny. We have our moms. They’ve helped us a lot.
Nicole: And we have to give credit to Benji [Joel’s twins brother]. He lives six houses down. He babysits, like really babysits.
Joel: There was a day when I’d been at work all day and Nicole hadn’t left the house for 48 hours, and I was like, “Let’s go to a restaurant down the street,” and Benj was with the baby. Then someone said they read somewhere we were out all the time. It’s crazy. You leave the house for one hour and eveyone’s like, “She’s out! She’s leaving the baby!”

Has Harlow met Paris Hilton?
Nicole: Yeah. They went to the Ivy. Just kidding. I have to say, all of my friends, their demeanor completely changes when they’re around the baby. When they come in the house they’re really mellow and careful and sweet with her. And when you’re with a baby, you don’t think, like, “Oh, I’m this person.” She spits up on you and throws up on you and goes to the bathroom and passes gas.

On nursing:
Nicole: There’s just so much I can’t eat because she’s sensitive. I eat really bland [food] — chicken noodle soup, vegetables, fish. I had to cut out milk, no tomatoes, no lettuce. You think you have to cut everything out when you’re pregnant, but you really have to cut everything out when you’re breastfeeding!

WHO JUST HAD A BABY?

Nicole Richie gave birth to her daughter Harlow Winter Kate about three weeks ago and just look at her. She snapped right back into shape. I am guessing the same didn't happen for Christina Aguilera because she is still in hiding...

She’s already growing to fast! So I am at home writing this blog before i head to the DCMA store, and then the DEAD EXEC studio to work. I swear it’s so hard to leave during the day, but always so rewarding to come home to the little family. I’ve always been a guy who loves to love.Probably one of the things that define me outside of my work is LOVE. I had no idea what love even was until Harlow came along.
Me and her mother feel like the luckiest two people alive right now. This time in our life has been amazing. We both look at our little girl every single moment everyday and know there is nothing we wouldn’t do to protect her and her perfect little innocence. It seems like you turn on the tv, or get online and its all bad news.
We dont want her to know any of that yet. I actually never want her to know any of the pain and suffering we see out in the world everyday, or how harsh people can be as a result of it. Having this baby has really made me realize we all start out that way, then somewhere along the way something happens and people go one way or the other. But all started out sweet and innocent just like my little daughter. The world could really make you bitter if you let it, but thats where music, and art come in to save the day.
You’ve got to surround yourself with the things you love. The whole point to DCMA and this site is a bunch of us friends doing what we love, surrounding ourselves with positivity. I want my kid to grow up around that.
My heart goes out to Heath ledger’s family. Too young. too soon. too loved to be gone. It almost seems pointless to say this with the state of the media today, but i hope people will respect what his child and her mother are going thru right now and give them space. May God be with them.
So this one was especially long today on the writing side, i apologize it all just got me thinking."

Well I am finally home with my beautiful girlfriend and our brand new little daughter. Harlow Winter Kate Madden was born on January 11th 2008 at 3:13pm. She weighed in at 6 pounds and 7 ounces. She is 19 inches long and growing everyday already! She really is a wonderful addition to the GC/DCMA/DEADEXEC family.We are so blessed to have this beautiful little baby in our lives.I want to thank everyone for all the love and kind words they’ve sentour way. We apologize we werent accepting and gifts/cards/calls at thehospital, but if you’d like to send something, we’d rather you make a donation to the richie-madden foundation, which we started in Harlow Winter’s honor. Nicole and Joel asked guests to bring copy their favorite childhood book to help them start a library! How cute! They also asked their friends to donate to the couple's new joint Children's Foundation.

GAMES:
The best game of the party was anyone who was heard using the word "baby" had to hand over their diaper-pin necklace they collected when they arrived to another guest! The object was to collect as many necklaces as possible. (See Lauren Conrad with tons of the necklaces after the jump...) They also had a temporary tattoo and crazy fake eye lash parlor!
