When Mrs. Tina Knowles, Beyonce's mother/stylist gave her this mermaid dress, their conversation went something like this:

"Suck it in." - Mama Knowles
"Mom, I am sucking just zip it up" - Beyonce
"It won't go. I'll get the crisco"
"Mom how could you talk about food when I am trying to fit into this dress"
"I meant to grease you up B, not for fried chicken. Fried Chicken is what got us in this mess."
"Oh yes, ok then. Grease me. I have to be out there in 5 minutes."
"OK you are in"
"Mom, I can't move my legs. Give me a push"
