Is Lindsay Lohan back with her one-time fling Stavros?

Stavros caused a bitter falling out between former party pals, Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan last year, when the two-timer began dating both stars at the same time.

Lindsay remained friendly with Stavros, but hasn't been seen with him until now. The rich greek was spotted at the same restaurant earlier this week with Linds and then again paying a visit to the Beverly Hills home where she is staying this past weekend.
