At 2:30 AM Sunday morning, Alli Sims, was served! As she was leaving a party at in the Hollywood Hills she received a subpoena that was sent by KFed's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, urging Sims to testify about BritneySpears's parenting skills.
This comes only a few days after Kevin filed for primary custody of the Sean P and JJ.
