Nicole Richie's Trial Postponed...Again

"The trial will not happen tomorrow. Richie's attorney filed a motion ... stating that their key witness, a drug expert, was unavailable for trial."

Good thing for Nicole because she just left the country with Boyfriend and Baby Daddy, Joel Madden, to accompany him to a show in Canada!




SIDE NOTE: Nicole has been seen recently with pillows to hide/guard her stomach, but this may not be a pillow at all, it may be an embryo sack used to carry her child because her tiny frame cannot support it. So PLEASE Don't bump the pillow.
