They can attempt rearrange this custody agreement with a trip to family court at anytime.

He got a pretty sweet deal! Britney gave him all the money that they received for their wedding photos. As for JJ and SPF, KFed gets half of any money made from pictures of them.

Lets not forget all the money KFed made from selling the pictures of his bastard children with Shar, when he was still married to Britney.

And the biggest bonus of all - people know who he is. And for Kfed, being recognized is priceless.
