Harry Morton is suing a person who has been pretending to be him on MySpace. The culprit has posted naked pictures of his friends and been messaging other celebrities such as Shanna Moakler and causing rifts in Hollywood High!

He filed the lawsuit on Thursday in Los Angeles and is demanding myspace find the creater of the page!
