Tori Spelling gave birth at Cedars Sinai Medial Center in Los Angeles on Monday to a baby girl, Stella Doreen McDermott!

She was born at 3:13 p.m. PT and weighed 6 lbs 8 oz.

"She's a healthy baby girl. Tori and baby are resting comfortably," says her publicist.
