PET OWNER OF THE YEAR, WOW!

The Los Angeles Department of Animal Services visited Paris Hilton's home this week to investigate a complaint about her dogs. The reports say she owns 17 dogs! Holy shizz!

By law, in LA, you are only allowed to own three dogs!

However, during the time of the visit, the LA Dept. of Animal Services could not find Paris or her dogs!!

On Ellen, Paris was quoted as saying:
"I have 17 dogs — lots! "They all sleep in my bed - well, not all of them, but I let some of them." She said she has so many dogs because "they keep having babies, and I feel bad about giving them away."

And apparently, when she does get them fixed, she forgets about them!
