Britney Spears has been released from UCLA Medical Center.

A private security detail escorted Britney from the hospital around 11:30AM PST.

A law enforcement source told TMZ.com they released her "because she was no longer required to stay there after 11:30 AM."

We hear she is heading home to pick up some things before heading to a treatment for her bipolar disorder.
