Since leaving the UCLA Medical Center earlier today Britney has been driving around LA in a black Mercedes. She picked up her second favorate paparazzo Phillipe and headed to the Beverly Hills Hotel. Don't worry her storybook romance with Adnan is still on for now. They just didn't meet up until later.
