BRITNEY OBJECTS TO FATHER'S CONTROL OF FORTUNE

After gaining legal control of Britney on Friday, Jamie Spears will return to court today for another hearing, this time with Britney's attorney, Sorrell Trope of Trope and Trope. They are going to argue that Jamie should be removed as a conservator because Britney does not trust him with her financial assets.

Jamie currently has full control of her residence and medical needs and he legally can do anything with her property. He has the authority to remove any persons from her home, sell the property, etc.
