Britney Spear's manager Sam Lutfi had a very plausible excuse as to why Britney didn't testify yesterday. It was because there was "no way to get her out of the car safely."

The paparazzi were everywhere and Britney was frightened for her safety. We are not sure if her friend Paparazzo Adnan was also scaring her too. If this half-assed excuse doesn't make Britney return to Larry Rudolf, I don't know what will. She sure isn't scared when she is hanging out with her paparazzi pals every other day. But no, today they scare her.
