A source very close to the Spears situation has just informed us that "the reason Britney isn't speaking to her mother is because she is convinced that Lynn had some sort of affair with Kevin Federline!

The source went on to say "Lynn is heartbroken that Britney would even suggest such a thing. Lynn loves her daughter and her grandchildren and is just trying to do what is best for them. With Britney's latest meltdown and Jamie pregnant, Lynn is at a breaking point, our concern is shifting toward her."
