BRITNEY SPEARS BREAKDOWN: Number 1,298,097 and counting...

Shortly after Britney Spears's manager, Sam Lufti,announced that she was seeking treatment, Britney was spotted was spotted with her dog, London, in the middle of the road having yet another public breakdown.

So wtf happened?

Well, Monday night, Britney and Sam Lutfi went for a ride through Beverly Hills. They returned home at around 6 pm, but before pulling in, Britney jumped out of the car near the entrance gate. Britney was visibly upset and the two were arguing.

Britney then sat with her pup London, walking the streets with tears welled up in her eyes. She then sat down on the curb.

"She looked completely lost," says an someone at the sceen, but none of her new friends, the paps helped her at all, they just continued to snap away.

When asked if she was ok, Britney replied:
"I'm fine. I'm . . . having a nice time with my dog."

A few moments later the photags asked her if she needed a ride. She then went with pap, Filipe Teixeira, to Ralph's supermarket in Studio City, and then back to her home. He and another photographer joined Britney inside her home, and never were seen leaving for the rest of the night!!!

To make the party more interesting, Britney's photag beau, Adnan Ghalib, showed up!! But he was not allowed into the party! Britney's security team had him escorted away from her home.

BUT WAIT! It gets so much better!

Britney's parents showed up to her home at 9pm!!

Her father Jamie and mother Lynne came in and only 30 minutes later Britney bolted and ran to meet Adnan!!! She jumped in his car and drove off!!! They then got a flat tire and returned home at 11pm, where Britney was greeted by her parents and the rest of the photags she had abandoned there. Adnan then left her home at 11:15pm.

At 1:30 am Britney and Lynn were spotted at Longs Drug store in Studio City.
