WHAT DUI?

UPDATE: Apperently Mischa being unable walk the red carpet and answer any questions has made the CatHouse think again and she was replaced. We feel really bad for the thousands of fans that bought tickets to see Mushy in Vegas.


A Breathalyzer test, prescription pills and some pot are not standing in Mischa Barton's way from ringing in her New Year!

Mischa would never let her little DUI interfere with her NYE plans, NEVER! Long live Marissa Cooper! As of now, Mischa is still set to host the party at CatHouse in the Luxor Hotel in Las Vegas. It's nice to know she follows through on her commitments though. Now people know if they book Mischa to host nothing will stop her from jumping in her black Range Rover and driving into oncoming traffic hopped up on pills, maybe a few antibiotic cocktails too many, to be at her engagements. Because that is the type of trooper she is.
