TMZ is reporting that Linday Lohan has a new man, and has been introducing him as her "boyfriend, Spencer.

The new hottie, Spencer, was among LL and her pals while dining at Il Sole last week.

We have no confirmation that Spencer is more than a friend at this time, but we will keep you updated.
