SAMANTHA RONSON TO TAKE PEREZ HILTON TO COURT

The lawsuit began in July, when Perez Hilton and Celebrity Babylon claimed Samantha Ronson planted the cocaine found Lindsay's car in her May car crash and then accused her of tipping off the Paps on Lindsay Lohan's locations for profit.

Samantha Ronson began a lawsuit against the two media outlets for defamation of character.

Samantha Ronson stated Monday in a claim filed with the court, "I am not now and have never been a drug user. I have never handled or touched cocaine. I did not ever place any cocaine at any place at any time."

Judge Berle is now having Ronson's attorneys question Perez Hilton about the credibility of his information. Perez Hilton's attorney, Bryan J. Freedman, claims that Perez Hilton's story was "accurate and trustworthy and he stands by his actions as being legal and proper and believes that the First Amendment protects him."

Samantha Ronson most recently settled her case with Sunset Photo and News Agency, the company that operates Celebrity Babylon, yesterday.
