We just spoke with Lindsay’s publicist who told us that it's “not true at all.”
Dina Lohan's publicist also confirmed our reports, she said, “Dina remains Lindsay’s manager and, more importantly, her mother.”

OK! Magazine is reporting that Lindsay Lohan is looking to replace her mother, Dina, who is her current manager. We have not heard anything suggesting this and nothing has been confirmed on the Lohans end of things. Our sources claim that Dina is still very much Lindsay's current manager, but they have suggested they are in talks to hire another party, whose main purpose would be to help LL select good film roles but this would be more of an agents role, not a manager.
Our inside source says, "Lindsay and her mother have their ups and downs like any mother and daughter do. Lindsay just doesn't want her mother to take on too much with Lindsay's career and Cody and Ali who need her as well. She feels like her mother does a great job but doesn't want her to be pulled in so many different directions anymore. She just wants her family to be happy. She just wants to find good film roles."
While we are still hesitant to agree with OK! Magazine's reports on Dina Lohan being fired, we would not be surprised if Dina takes more of a back seat to Lindsay's career.... but only time will tell!
