Snaggletooth Dunst is back in action! The Kikster had been hiding out lately while she's working hard on her latest film projects...but she was spotted lunching with a pal, who from the looks of it could use a new pair of Converse. Anyways, Kiki spent the afternoon sharpening that little snaggie on some snacks and coffee.
