OK this is the last Hills post of the day we promise!! But this was way too good to resist!

Heidi Montag rang in her 21st birthday this weekend at LAX in the Luxor hotel in Vegas! But not only did they just dance and party, Heidi felt the need to get up and perform her new single, Higher!

Honestly, we are not sure what to make of her performance. First of all, Heidi gets all Mariah Carey on us! She starts to wave her arm about, like she has an octave range or something! On a positive note, the lips synching was almost as good as Britney Spears! But no! The best part has to be Spencer raising the roof and bobbing along with someone who appears to be Perez Hilton!
