Michael Lohan To Visit Lindsay

PEOPLE Magazine has learned that:
"Michael is going to visit her," says one source. "Lindsay has had the choice since she was 18 to see Michael. It's her choice. And this time around her brother and mother talked with Lindsay and convinced her to allow him to come."

We also just got word that Lindsay's attorney, Blair Berk, played a big role in helping convince Lindsay to allow Michael to come visit. Our source tells us that, "Lindsay was skeptical at first but Blair has been there for her every step of the way. Lindsay is just hoping to start over and wants to leave the past in the past. I just hope the people around her really want to help her and aren't steering her in the wrong direction again. She just wants to get back on her feet."
