Remember before the TomKat nuptials there was talk of a "spat" between Katie and Posh. Well, it was said that Posh wanted to help Katie loose more weight and Katie didn't want to and was insulted that she even brought it up. Well her we are, barely a year later, and TomKat and the Beckhams are best friends. And from the looks of this photo Katie hasn't eaten since her wedding day.
