What is Rumer's deal? It would be one thing if she just didn't care about her appearance but you can see that she obviously spent time and effort into this nasty creation. I mean spending all that time bedazzling your Clark Kent spectacles, borrowing your Dad's vintage leather jacket and topping it with a winter cap in the 90 degree heat? Weird!
