This pretty bitch is Nick Carter's dog, Layla. Nick hired his mother Jane to watch Layla while he attempts to revive his career. Mama Carter decided that it would be much easier to leave the dog at the animal shelter and collect the money that Nick was paying her, you know, rather then actually watching the dog herself. The animal shelter knew it was Nick's dog because Layla has a microchip. Nick is now working on getting full custody of the dog as we speak. No word if he hired KFed's attorneys yet.
