Why Did This Happen?

Leave Um Alohan has learned of the reasons which led up to Lindsay's arrest. Lindsay and her assistant were in a heated argument about Lindsay's drinking at the party that evening.

Lindsay's assistant then gave her an ultimatum but when Lindsay didn't respond the way she hoped, her assistant quit! She then placed a call to her mom to pick her up from the party.

Lindsay then realized her error in judgment, but seemingly made a worse one. She drove under the influence after her assistant and her mom, trying to get to her and flag them down but was picked up by the police instead!

Lohan's assistant was NOT aware it was Lindsay in the following vehicle.
