Where is Spencer?

Not that I miss him but here is Brody and his new boytoy Frankie Delgado having a romantic paddle in the ocean without Spencer. Are Spencer and Brody over? Just wait until Spencer hears that Brody went to a party at the Duffster's beach house and flies into a fuming rage when he learns there were plenty of cameras around and he was not invited.
