Nicole has to serve her time by September 28.

I don't get this whole serve by September 28th thing. So basically, when she has free time, she just shows up and goes to jail? Oh sorry warden, that week is no good for me, are you free the 16th? Oh wait no, I have a mani pedi that day, I'll come the 19th!
