Lilo's Luck May Be Changing

Raymundo Ortega is suing, The Ivy and Lindsay Lohan for damages due to a crash outside The Ivy for over $200,000.

Raymundo claims that Linz was drinking inside the celeb friendly eatery and that led to the crash.

But Police on the scene disagree with Raymundo. According to the police report from the scene "Ms. Lohan had not been drinking." The officer at the scene continued, "I did not observe any objective signs of either alcohol or drug intoxication and determined that no further investigation regarding intoxication was warranted."
