BREAKING NEWS: Britney Kicked Out Of Her Hotel

Britney Spears is no longer welcome at the Wynn in Las Vegas.

After a paparazzi got too close to Ms. Spears and her children her bodyguard, JC, lay the smack down outside of the Wynn spa.

The photographer claims Britney was just yelling the whole time. Wynn security escorted all parties involved out of the hotel.

Britney's bodyguard received a citation for misdemeanor battery. And not to be left out Britney Spears has now just filed an allegation of battery on behalf of Sean Preston against the photagrapher.

The Las Vegas police issued this statement: “A second Incident Crime Report was also filed by Ms. Spears on behalf of her minor child. In that report it was alleged that prior to the above incident a second photographer, identified as Kyle Henderson, battered both Mr. Camera and Ms. Spears’ child , who was at that time being held by the security officer."


LOL I can totally picture Britney yelling the whole time! "OMIGOSH, git him JC, git him! Ya'll where can I git some fried chicken for this fight. Sean P don't use that napkin, here wipe it on this versace dress. Go JC!"
