TMZ posted the following response from Los Angeles City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo to Judge Sauer's decision ordering Paris Hilton back to jail:
"This decision sends the message that no individual -- no matter how wealthy or powerful -- is above the law. Today, justice was served."

Does anyone remember when Michelle Rodriguez was let out early because of "over-crowding" after her DUI? Why is it Paris that is the example. Michelle is not even cute.
