That Jen has met with the same adoption agency that helped Sheryl find her son and has already begun to fill out the reams of paperwork required to adopt a child.
"The process has 100 percent started," confirms the source at the adoption agency, who also reveals that Jen's will be a closed adoption, which means the Friends star will not have any interaction with the birth mother.
