The View Battle: Hasselback Vs. Rosie: Who Else?

Here is the video if you have not seen it yet. (Quite long but the last few min are the best if you have the time.)

So on “The View” yesterday I am sure you heard Rosie and Elizabeth get into a heated debate. Usually this type of thing doesn't interest me but it seems to be getting pretty serious because Rosie may leave The View earlier than scheduled.

Basically the run down is as follows:
It starts with Joy bringing up some valid points that Al Gore makes about how Bush sucks at being our president in his book. She explains how we all should care more but watch Dancing With The Stars instead LOL!

Then Elizabeth is pissed trying to give her opinion, no one seems to care yet. She defends the war in Iraq and babbles on more..blah blah ....she thinks all the problems would be fixed if we won the war.. Babbles more.... Then Rosie asks her “did Iraq attack us?” Elizabeth cannot defend this well and says something along the lines that we have to continue the fight it's like football and blah blah. Then Rosie says she knows that people will say “Big fat lesbian loud Rosie attacks innocent pure Christian Elizabeth,” because that is how she is always portrayed after these debates.

Then things turn for the worse they get into a heated argument about a past statement Rosie made when she had said “who are the terrorists?” because she was meaning that 650,000 people were dead in Iraq.

So from what I could gather, Rosie was making a point that almost a million innocent people have died not that our troops were terrorists but just to point out the damage that war has done and how many people have been killed in the war. And Elizabeth refused to acknowledge as HER FRIEND that Rosie did not feel the troops were terrorists.

I agree with Rosie for the most part, I think Elizabeth made some good points but she wouldn't answer any of Rosie's questions and just responded with other facts etc.

OPINIONS?
