After being sentenced to 45 days in Jail, Paris Hilton has now fired her rep. Elliot Mintz.

From what I gather, Mintz told Paris that her license was only suspended for 30 days and that she was still allowed to drive to and from work obligations.

I forgot that In and Out Burger and the Gym was her job.

In an e-mail to PEOPLE on Sunday, Mintz stated:
"I believe when Paris stated in court that she believed it was o.k. for her to drive under certain circumstances she was being absolutely truthful. Due to this misunderstanding, I am no longer representing Paris."
