NICOLE RICHIE IN REHAB

According to The National Enquirer, Perez Hilton and Star magazine, Nicole Richie has entered rehab to treat an eating disorder and substance abuse problem.

It is reported that she checked into the Beau Monde Treatment Center where she only weighed a mere 83lbs, she has since checked out and is doing well at her home in Glendale where she will continue out patient treatment.
