I guess it's his prerogative. Bobby Brown sued Whitney Houston hoping change the custody terms of their daughter Bobbi Kristina. Bobby claims that he is broke and therefore couldn't hire a lawyer to respond to Whitney's divorce petition. He wants spousal and child support. The divorce became final on April 24th and Bobby claims to be homeless at times since then. This is some funny shit. Remember when some lady asked him for $500 to pay her rent on Being Bobby Brown. And he gave the ho money. Guess he is sorry now. He could use that $500.
