Here is Kendra one of Hefs 3 GFs. She is ranked at number 3 GF. Which, from what I gather on The Girls Next Door, means she has to look hot and bears no other responsibility - like being on time. My guess is she is waiting for a professional athlete to come along and she will leave Grandpa Hef heartbroken.
