Hilary Duff Out And About

So I decided I love Hilary Duff!! She is probably one of my new favorite people! There is nothing bad you really can say about her, she seems like a really nice, down to earth girl and I love that about her. I know she is on this whole, "I am not that nice" kick but whatever she still has that persona.... And I like that she can go out drink and have fun without being out of control and underage party goer! She knows how to balance her life.

Sucks for Haylie though, she is def living in the shadow!
